We know things don’t always work out, so we’ve made our returns and exchange process simple. If your purchase is past 30 days, you will need to call us (800.537.5512) to initiate a return. If your purchase is less than 30 days old you can initiate a return online by logging into your account and viewing your order history.

We will exchange or reimburse you for the cost of product (excluding freight) for any item returned within 30 days. All returns must be unopened, not expired and in salable condition.

  • After 30 days a 15% restocking fee will be applied
  • After 60 days a 30% restocking free will be applied
  • No returns accepted after 90 days
  • Custom ordered items are non-returnable

As a provider of personal protective equipment (PPE), COVID-19 has created an unusually high demand in masks, sanitizer, disposable clothing, gloves, hazmat items, & etc. ELIVATE is doing as much as possible to help minimize the spread of COVID-19. So to avoid cross-contamination of returned merchandise, we are not accepting any returns or cancellations until further notice.

For the following products we are no longer accepting returns and all sales are final:
