With the exception of custom or personalized products, you may exchange or return any merchandise purchased at ELIVATE within 30 days and be reimbursed for the cost of the product (excluding freight). All returns must be unopened, not expired and in salable condition.
As a provider of personal protective equipment (PPE), COVID-19 has created an unusually high demand in masks, sanitizer, disposable clothing, gloves, hazmat items, etc. ELIVATE is doing as much as possible to help minimize the spread of COVID-19. To avoid cross-contamination of returned merchandise, we are not accepting any returns or cancellations until further notice.
