Lori’s Strawberry Spinach Salad

Serves: 4-5 people

Prep time: 15 minutes

Ingredients

- 2 lbs. spinach

- 1 pint strawberries

- 8 oz. crumbled blue cheese (add more if desired)

- 1 cup sugar-coated walnuts

Dressing

- 1/4 teaspoon paprika

- 1/4 cup natural sugar or honey

- 1/2 teaspoon poppy seeds (optional)

- 1/4 cup Worcester sauce

- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds

- 1/2 cup olive oil

- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar

Preparation

Mix all the ingredients for the dressing, shake well and refrigerate. Wash and slice the strawberries. In a large bowl, combine spinach, sliced strawberries and crumbled blue cheese. Pour dressing on salad, add the walnuts and serve.
