Morning Protein Smoothie Recipes at ELIVATE™

Sarah’s All-Natural Morning Protein Smoothie

Serves: 1-2 people
Prep time: 5 minutes


- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 large stem kale (leaves only, no stalk)
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 ripe banana
- 5-6 ripe strawberries
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1 cup almond milk

-  crushed ice
 - 1-2 tablespoons honey or agave (optional)


Combine chia and water in a small bowl; set aside for a few minutes. Add all other ingredients into your blender. Stir chia-water mixture, and add to blender. Blend until smooth. Pour and enjoy!

**The kale and chia are excellent sources of protein, and the all-natural fruit sugars will help prevent a mid-morning energy crash!
