When can I talk to a customer service representative via Live Chat?

You can chat with someone from the ELIVATE™ customer service team in Hudson, Ohio, from 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. EST (5:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. PST), Monday through Friday. But even when we're offline, you can still submit a question, comment or request via the Live Chat window and we will contact you during the next business day. If you forget to provide your phone number in your message, we will reply to your message via email.

What can you help me with via Live Chat?

Our highly knowledgeable customer service representatives can address almost all of your product, account, order and delivery questions via Live Chat. When necessary, and with your permission, our team can even take temporary control of your account in order to point your browser to specific pages on our site. We can also help you select products and check out, so your online experience will be as smooth as possible.

Can you help me complete my order over chat?
