York Barbell 7' Olympic Bar & Other Weightlifting Equipment at ELIVATE

York Barbell

Olympic Bar - 7'

Product Group: W-YRK321
If your health club has a focus on resistance training, you will want to assist your members in performing maximum bicep, chest, and leg activation. With York® Barbell's 7' Olympic Bar, members curl in full supination with their palms facing up for an increased amount of torque in the wrists. Because a standard barbell is straight, members can assume either an overhand or underhand grip, depending on comfort and targeted areas. The York® Olympic 7' Bar is less flexible, more rigid, and excellent for use when performing static, highly controlled, slow movements such as the squat, chest press, and dead lift. It is also an excellent bar for Olympic lift training. The York® Olympic 7' Bar has a minimum tensile strength of 190,000 PSI after heat treating. Only North American steel is used in the making of this bar.
