Serves: 8-12 people
Prep time: 15 minutes
- 1 cup almond butter
- 1 zucchini, grated
- 1/3 cup raw honey
- 1 egg 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips or peanut butter chips
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix. Pour mixture into a greased 8-by-8 inch pan and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Check texture of brownies with a toothpick; they are done when the toothpick comes out clean.
